Ching-Ming Agnes Tsao
Born in Keelung, Taiwan, Chin-Ming Agnes Tsao has been practicing in New York since 1996.
She received her legal degree from National Chengchi University (in Taiwan) and New York Law School. Ms. Tsao is a Partner at Barst Mukamal & Kleiner LLP and has many years of experience working with and representing Chinese clients in immigration proceedings. She has extensive experience advising Chinese clients on common EB-5 issues in China such as Source of Funds documentation, waivers of inadmissibility, and consular processing delays. Ms. Tsao currently manages the firm’s Chinatown office in New York City and oversees a team of paralegals responsible for individual EB5 case administration. Ms. Tsao is a frequent author of immigration articles in Chinese newspapers and periodicals and is regarded as one of the top immigration attorneys in the Chinese-American community. Ms. Tsao is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since 2000.”
